About True Life Church
True Life Church had a humble beginning in various locations. The church, at the time was called Apostolic Life Tabernacle, began in 1974 by meeting in homes, schools, banks, etc until a property was acquired in 1975 on Merrill Hills Rd in Waukesha, WI.The first sanctuary was completed in 1977. Sunday school and education rooms were added in 1980. In 1990, a new sanctuary with a seating capacity of approximately 300 was built by members.
In 2011, the church purchased a former family health plan building/western suburban Christian School on 1615 Silvernail Rd as their new church building and location. About this time, the church name was changed from Apostolic Life Church to True Life Church.
A complete renovation and remodel made the facility compatible to the church environment. The congregation moved in to the new property on Memorial Day weekend 2012. We continue to see the church thrive and grow with new people who are seeking hope in this changing world.

Children and Youth Activities
- TLC Children Ministry would like to welcome you to join us at Sunday School every Sunday morning at 10 am (2-3 year old kids after Praise & Worship). Each Sunday, our teachers teach the gospel and equip your child to lead a life that fulfills the great commission.
Wednesday Night Power Hour for ages 5-11 follows worship service. During Power Hour, your children will be taught the Word of God, while having FUN and building relationships.
As Student Ministries Leaders here at True Life Church we would like to welcome you to our church family!
Wednesday Nights we have our Youth Class where we teach a Bible Lesson geared toward the lives of a young person. Friday Nights are where we have different activites that vary from bonfires, laser tag, or just hanging out playing games at the church. We also attend a monthly Sectional Rally where youth from all over the Milwaukee Metro Area come together for a church service and an activity afterwards.
In addition to those regular events we have monthly outings in the area. Each year over winter break the youth group goes to “Winter Youth Conference” in Appleton, Wisconsin and every other summer we go to a National Conference called “North American Youth Congress”.
