We, at St. Thomas & John Episcopal Church in New Richmond, WI, are a small community of faith with roots that go deep, a commitment to living Gospel values in the here and now, and hope for a future where Light wins out over the darkness that appears to be gathering all around. Although small in number, we are all active in ministries of various kinds.
There is a hymn that begins, “Where cross the crowded ways of life . . .” which describes our lives well. Whether in the form of a job/outreach in the community, and/or caring for family we strive to be the hands and feet and heart of Jesus in our place in the world. We then come together each Sunday to worship God, be taught from the Scriptures, and be fed with the Communion Bread for the week ahead.
At the present time, we are only publishing the Sunday sermon, which can be found on both YouTube and our Facebook page, which has the same name as our YouTube channel.
