Established in 1975, San Jose has served the Latino community for the last 44 years. The congregation is made up of folks from various countries.
The Rev. Catherine M. Campbell serves as vicar. She was born in Mexico City and lived in Mexico until she was 16 before moving to the United States. A 1988 graduate of Virginia Theological Seminary she has been serving the Latino community for over 30 years.
Ms. Sonia Sevilla, serves as a Lay Assistant to the Vicar and her responsibilities include baptism preparation, coordination parish activities, pastoral work including leading the lay ministry as the Northern Virginia Mental Hospital, and facilitating a woman's craft group.
