About The Lighthouse Church & Ministries
- The Lighthouse Church & Ministries has experienced tremendous growth since its startup in 2009. Founded by Mr. Keion Henderson, the dynamic multipurpose worship space is home to over 800,000 worshippers weekly. The Lighthouse is also home to two live broadcast studios that record services and events. This church has a strong vision and mission in the community and worldwide through its online network and cable television services to millions of viewers everywhere in the world. He has also been recognized by The John Maxwell Institute as one of the Top 250 Leaders in the nation, and he was nominated in 2019 for a Stellar Award, for Traditional CD of the Year for his breakthrough album, “The River.” He is originally from Gary, Indiana, and is the father of one beloved daughter. The lighthouse Church is known for its name amongst the Houston churches.
