At Mount Corinth Missionary Baptist, our Christian ministry provides opportunities to build strong relationships with people who are at a similar life point. Our congregation come from many different walks of life, each with a unique personal story. Together we are a family dedicated to making an impact through strong relationships and community service. We are here to help anybody seeking to answer the "why?" questions of life. We are passionate about friendships and doing good in our community in Houston in Texas.
We believe that God created Adam and Eve in His image, but they sinned when tempted by Satan. In union with Adam, human beings are sinners by nature and by choice, alienated from God, and under His wrath. Only through God's saving work in Jesus Christ can we be rescued, reconciled and renewed.
About Jesus Christ: We believe that Jesus Christ is God's Son and was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross, was resurrected from death, and ascended to heaven where he sits at the Father's right hand. We believe that Jesus will come again to claim his bride, the church. (John 3:16; Matthew 1:18; Romans 5:6-11; John 20:24-31)
