About Lakeway United Methodist Church

Lakeway is a church for people in the Sherman-Denison-Pottsboro-Texoma area. Worship is blended - contemporary, praise, traditional, and liturgical. Dress is informal dress. Communion is served every Sunday at 8:30 am and on the first Sunday each month at 11:00 am. The Eleventh Hour Choir, led by Yvette Rowan and accompanied by Nick Mitchell no piano, sings at the 11:00 am service and the Praise Team at the 8:30 am service.
Lakeway is a church that emphasizes worship, fellowship, and service with multiple opportunities for Bible Study and exploring Christian discipleship as believers or seekers of God's truth in Christ.
