About Fellowship of Faith Christian Center

Fellowship of Faith Christian Center was founded on the idea of helping those in need. Since our church was established, we have endeavored to provide help where the need is greatest. Our team is made up entirely of people just like yourself that are ready and willing to do what they can to serve God, the church and the community. We advocate for those who need our help. Even a little help goes a long way.

The Fellowship of Faith Christian Center was founded and established in August 2008. We lean towards a non-traditional style of worship. We begin each service by offering our guest and members refreshments in Cafe 3:26 which is the church's cafe and pre-service meeting area. Service consists of a Praise and Worship period, Prayer, Welcome, the Message, Invitation, Tithes & Offering, Vision Casting and Benediction. We occassionally include graphics, backdrops, props and various illustrations to enhance your experience and bring the message alive. Our style is also contemporary ... so get ready for worship ... Join Us!

Your Children's Worship Experience! Children are checked into our children's ministry called "The AZ" (Another Zone), where they worship on their level. Worship for them consist of a Praise and Worship period, prayer, the message, Arts & Crafts, Games & Fun, Invitation, Tithes & Offering, and Benediction.

Pastor Barry is the Sr. Pastor and Founder of FOFCC. He is a 15 year U. S. Army Veteran, a former student at the University of Maryland, and Savannah State University. He holds a degree in Leadership and Ministry from Grace Bible College. Pastor Barry is Bi-vocational and is also a Senior Analyst with the U. S. National Archives and Records Administration. He has a love for Pastoring and a Passion for People!

Phyllis Primes is the First Lady and Co-Pastor/Founder of FOFCC. She serves as the Executive Pastor. Pastor Phyllis holds a Masters Degree in Curriculum Development from National Louis University, a Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Texas Southern and a Bachelors Degree in Elementary education from the University of Houston. She is also the Director of Fun-da-Mentals Christian Child Development Center. Pastor Phyllis is also the head of the FOFCC's Educational department. As you can see she has a love and a passion for educating children and the women in the ministry.

Together - Pastor Barry and Lady Phyllis have been married for 25 years. They have two sons, two daughters, one daughter in-law and two grand-children. Pastor and Lady Phyllis are firm believers that putting and keeping God in the center of the family is what keeps it together! Praying, worshipping and serving together has made all of the difference in the world! "Create a New Habit - Embrace Worship!" You will love the atmosphere!
