About New Providence United Methodist Church
We are a loving congregation with a passion for serving God’s people, worshiping our Lord and Savior and staying in fellowship with one another. The people of New Providence UMC come from all over the Clarksville area to be a part of this wonderful Church family. We are located about 8 miles from Fort Campbell Army Installation and we have many in our congregation who have served their country in different branches of the military. We have small groups for all ages including children, youth and older adults.
Serving the People of God through various missions is also very important to us. We participate in ministering to the homeless through supporting Urban Ministries. We have a food pantry and participate in the F.U.E.L program which feeds local children on the weekends. We are also proud to host Project Transformation during the Summer.
New Providence is a part of the global United Methodist Church. The United Methodist Church shares a great deal in common with other denominations. Explore what we believe about God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, the Bible, and more.
We also have a unique heritage and areas of emphasis. Learn what we mean when we talk about grace, how we serve people around the world, and ways we grow as disciples of Jesus Christ.

Giving back to the community is an important part of New Providence United Methodist Church. We find it one of our top priorities to help those in Clarksville who are in need. Local mission work is just as important as traveling world-wide, which is why we take the time to collect and give out food for free.
Our F.U.E.L. Mission
Here at New Providence, we partner with local schools to collect and pack food items into bags that schools can distribute for their F.U.E.L. program. This organization assists students who come from lower income homes by giving them food that they may not otherwise have.
For more information about the food pantry or F.U.E.L. program, contact Anja Mendez at (931)-561-1571.
