About Southwest Hills Baptist Church

We are a church family that is a Gospel-centered community of love that embraces biblical truth and engages in God's mission. Our church family is located all over Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin, and Portland. We have something for everyone as we seek Christ together: community groups, discipleship groups, a youth group, families with kids, young adults, a homeschool co-op, and retirees!
We believe that Christianity is more than a religion or a belief system. It is about being in close community with other believers, following Christ with each other. If you want to know more about what life with Jesus looks like, you are in the right place!
We believe that the Church is to grow and excel in:

- Embracing and knowing Biblical truth

We believe that in order to do any of these well, we must do all of them well. None of this can occur in our own strength, but by fully relying on God's power working in and through us.
