OUR CORE VALUES
1. God's Word: following Jesus, the living Word, and believing the Bible as the revelation of truth which defines principles for successful living.
2. Love: living in intimacy with the heavenly Father, loving Him and people for whom they are, without trying to prove something or gain something in return.
3. Worship: glorifying God with gratitude and adoration with all the heart, soul, mind, and strength, being conformed to the likeness and image of Jesus Christ.
4. Prayer: continually seeking God and agreeing with His will for guidance, empowerment, and transformation of relationships, ministries, and the community.
5. Destiny: discerning the prophetic voice of the Father and joyfully obeying Him throughout the progressive stages of life, reaching the God-given potential.
6. Integrity: demonstrating honesty, transparency, sincerity, respect, humility, and Christ-like moral behavior and ethics in all walks of life.
7. Faith: expectantly living in the hope of God's promises, empowered by the Holy Spirit, finding supernatural strength, joy, and prosperity in all circumstances of life.
8. Stewardship: joyously and diligently using God-given resources (time, spiritual gifts, skills, money, and health) to abundantly bless others and to glorify God.
9. Unity: showing mercy, acceptance, and forgiveness toward all people and seeking to maintain a spirit of unity in the bond of peace, with the body of Christ.
10. Healing: trusting in the love and power of Jesus Christ to set people free from bondages and restore wounded lives in spirit, soul, and body.
11. Dignity: treasuring human life as God's gift, beginning at conception, embracing and integrating with all people, rich or poor, of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
12. Servanthood: functioning as a unified community of individuals and teams, seeking to serve others first, in the home, the church, and the community.
13. Small-groups: building a relational cell-based church committed to change and growth by friendships, evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development.
14. Family: nurturing biblical, Christ-centered, and meaningful family relationships between husbands-wives, parents-children, and children-children.
15. Generations: becoming culturally relevant to each generation, and uniting them for relational strength, and effective ministries to the church and the world.
16. Harvest: appreciating the eternal worth of every soul, presenting the gospel and leading people to Jesus Christ in the community, and by missions in other nations.
