Worship Services

In our weekly worship services, we truly celebrate the love of God that is made known to us in Jesus Christ. We offer two services each Sunday morning. Both services have a time of congregational prayer, focus on the same scriptures and feature the same sermon each week. At both services, large print hymnals, bulletins, pew cushions and hearing assistance receivers are available for those who need them. The sanctuary is wheelchair accessible from the northeast entrance. We also have other worship services on special days throughout the year such as Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Sunrise, the Longest Night (December 21) and Christmas Eve. Check the church calendar for the times and dates of these special services.

9:30 Traditional Worship

Our traditional worship service begins at 9:30 am. It is the more formal of our two services and includes hymns, organ music, responsive readings, and liturgical prayers. From September through May our chancel choir leads the congregation in beautiful inspirational music selections and a variety of special musicians provide music during the summer.

11:00 Contemporary Worship

Our contemporary service is at 11:00 am and offers an upbeat music style led by a praise band. You’ll be invited to join in singing a variety of songs that range from contemporary Christian, urban gospel, and traditional hymns. At this service children in the congregation are invited to the front for a kid-friendly Children’s Message, after which they are invited to go to Jr. Church.
