About St. Mary Magdalen Church

Saint Mary Magdalen Orthodox Church is part of the Orthodox Church of America, and is under the care of The Right Reverend Michael, Bishop of New York and New Jersey. Our Parish was founded on September 1, 1985. Founded as a mission, we were granted full parish status in January 1995. We met in rented space for over 20 years, and in 2007 we built our own church, so that we could expand our activities and schedule of services.

We hope that the Orthodox Church as a whole benefits from our ministry, as well as our local neighborhood. We ask everyone to remember us in their prayers as we journey together, in the Name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
