About Cornerstone Community Church of Lansingburgh

Cornerstone Community Church is a congregation of members of The Presbyterian Church (USA) and The United Methodist Church in Lansingburgh, New York; which is the northern portion of historic Troy. We are a short distance North of the State Capital of Albany.
Our Congregational Vision is to:
◊ Experience the Good News of God’s love in Jesus Christ through worship and Christian education for all ages;
◊ Offer true spiritual sanctuary wherein all people can find forgiveness, grace, faith, and renewal in Christ;
◊ Use these gifts to strengthen our mission presence in the worldwide community.
In living out this Vision of what it means to be Church at Cornerstone Community Church we warmly welcome people of every age, race, ethnic or religious background, gender, sexual orientation, mental or physical ability, economic or family status.
Woven together through Christ we each have the potential to make a difference in the world around us in large and small ways. We hope that here at Cornerstone Community Church you can grow in love as part of something that is larger than yourself – something that has meaning, value, and endless grace.
The Cornerstone Community congregation is proof that all things are possible in God. It is not that we have accomplished much by our own skills, patience and faith, but that God has been able to accomplish much through us and continues to do so.
On First Sundays of each month we share in the Sacrament of Holy Communion. We observe an open table at which anyone who seeks God’s grace and blessing is welcome.
