About The Lakes Lutheran Church

The Lakes Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and we participate in the mission to share God’s love with the world: “God’s work. Our Hands.”
Locally we serve meals at the Rescue Mission, help homeless families through Family Promise, and give relief through Lutheran Social Services of Nevada.
Our membership includes those who have lost their jobs and homes, but we are learning to depend on God and to hold each other up in the love of Christ. Our skin is colored in many beautiful hues. Our minds are blessed with many diverse ways of thinking. There is room for you.
