Who We Are

We are a church with a world vision whose purpose is to stand for Biblical truth.
We are a church with a vision and a burden for loving the lost and helping the hurting.
We desire to share a message of love, mercy and forgiveness to a lonely world.
We believe that through a relationship with Jesus Christ we are healed, redeemed, renewed, forgiven, loved and transformed. It is our passion to share this message to a world without hope. Jesus Christ did not make this an exclusive gospel but an inclusive gospel – “whosoever will, let him come”. And we as a church say come, come without being criticized or condemned but called to a higher purpose and commitment to our savior Jesus Christ.

What We Believe

“Harvest Ministries is a church striving to become a 21st century New Testament Church.

We are founded upon the belief that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God.
While written by mere men, it was authored by God himself.” It is the supreme source of truth for Christians who desire to live an overcoming life.
(2 Peter 1:20-21)

We believe in the great commission and are endeavoring to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with love, mercy and compassion.
(Matthew 28:16:20)

We believe: there is only one God (Deuteronomy 6:4)
He is the creator of heaven and earth, and of all living beings.
He has revealed Himself to humanity as the Father (Creator), as the Son (Savior) and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit).

We believe that forgiveness of sins is obtained by genuine repentance, a confessing and forsaking of sins.
(Acts 2:38; Luke 13:3; Luke 24:47)

We believe in water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin.
Through baptism we identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
(Romans 6: 3-6; Colossians 2:11-14; Acts 2:38)

We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial sign of speaking in other tongues.
(Acts 2:4; Acts 10:44-46; Acts 19:1-6)

We believe in the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He ministers to his people through tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy; words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working of miracles, healing helps and government.
(Mark 16:15-18; Acts 5:16; 2Corinthians 12: 1-11)

We believe in eternity. People were created to live forever.
We will either exist eternally separated from God by sin or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation.
We believe that Heaven and Hell are real places of eternal existence
(Revelation 20 & 21)
