About First Baptist Church of Ferguson
First Baptist Church has recently joined efforts with a local church plant named Passage Church. Together we are seeking to Love God, Love Others, and Serve the Community. Currently, we are transitioning what the church does to center ourselves on what God has called us to do and to be.Doctrine
In essential beliefs – we have unity.
“There is one body and one Spirit – just as you were called to one hope when you were called – one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.” Ephesians 4:4-6
In non-essential beliefs – we have liberty
“Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on disputable matters…Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls…So then each of us will give an account of himself to God…So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God.” Romans 14:1,4,12,22
In all beliefs we show love
“If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 1 Corinthians 13:2

Children and Youth Activities
- Children are a priority for the parents and adults at FBCF. We desire for families to grow together and become strong. To assist parents in training their children we offer several options for bible training, and interactions with each other. We have AWANA to Children’s Church to special events to encourage spiritual development and family fun.
Sunday Mornings: 9:15 a.m. there are age appropriate Bible classes
Wednesday Evenings: 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Awana is offered which focuses on memorization and overall bible understanding.
Students are a critical part of the church. During these years major decisions and direction setting choices are made. Transitioning from childhood to adulthood requires mentoring, and encouragement. Here at FBCF it is our desire to see students gathered together for their growth and to walk alongside them as they pursue Jesus.
Sunday Mornings: Student Gathering at 9:15 a.m.
Wednesday Evenings: Student Worship and Study from 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
