About Christ Triumphant Church
WHO WE ARE:Christ Triumphant Church is a non-denominational church.
OUR VISION:
We are a caring church family bringing the triumph that comes through faith in Christ to a hurting world. Our mission is to see lives changed, cities transformed and nations impacted.
OUR VALUES:
Core values and emphasis at Christ Triumphant Church include: authentic relationships with others, expressive and intimate worship, personal and corporate intercession, "cutting edge" childrens and youth ministry, and to have part in the global harvest taking place in the nations. We have a heart for our city and region as we lead many to experience a changed life through relationship with Jesus Christ. Our desire is to be agents of revival in the "Eastern Gate" to Kansas City and to see an "Open Heaven" of the Presence of God over Lee's Summit and surrounding communities. We want you to experience God's presence in your life!
STATEMENT OF FAITH:
The Bible is the inspired Word of God and the absolute authority for all doctrinal beliefs.
There is only one God. He is triune in nature: Father, Son & Holy Spirit.
Jesus was fully God and fully man and led a sinless life.
Jesus was crucified, died, resurrected, and now sits at the right hand of the Father. He will return as the King of kings and Lord of lords.
Man was created in God's image. After "the fall", everyone is born with a sinful nature.
We are restored to a right relationship with God through a personal acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Water baptism is an outward sign of salvation and is done in obedience to the Word of God.
Baptism of the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts, as listed in the New Testiment are valid today.
Spiritual, emotional and physical healing was purchased for believers at the cross and are for today.
The Church's purpose is to glorify Christ, equip the saints, and expand the Kingdom of God.
Life begins at conception.
