About Quinn Chapel AME Church

Quinn Chapel African Episcopal Church is located on 1901 West Muhammad Ali Boulevard, Louisville, Kentucky 40203. Quinn Chapel A.M.E. Church is also rich in history. It was the venue of the first school for people of African descent established. It was the gathering place for the Civil Rights effort that brought change in the city of Louisville, Kentucky. Quinn Chapel was the rally place for the first boycott of the Trolley cars in Louisville which led to the desegregation of the Trolley.

Quinn Chapel A.M.E. Church is a vibrant and growing church nestled in the urban setting. Our setting presents an ideal opportunity to serve the community. Most importantly, we are growing spiritually and seeking every opportunity to be empowered by the Holy Spirit for effective service.
