About First Church of The Nazarene
At First Church of The Nazarene we are a welcoming and diverse group of individuals, families and couples from in and around Anderson in Indiana . We are committed to helping each other fulfill God's destiny for ourselves and our families so that our homes become healthy, growing and full of love. We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ, both universal and local, and is composed of individuals who through faith in Jesus Christ have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit. We further believe that Christ Jesus is the Head and Lord of the Church. The mission of the Church is worship, evangelism, discipleship and the nurturing and care of one another.We believe that from all eternity God determined in grace to save a great multitude of guilty sinners from every tribe and language and people and nation, and to this end foreknew them and chose them. We believe that God justifies and sanctifies those who by grace have faith in Jesus, and that he will one day glorify them - all to the praise of his glorious grace. In love God commands and implores all people to repent and believe, having set his saving love on those he has chosen and having ordained Christ to be their Redeemer.
About The Holy Spirit: We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within all believers, empowering our lives with his presence and power to live a godly life and accomplish God's will. (John 16:5-15; Romans 8:10-11; 1 Cor. 3:16)

Fusion is the Children's Ministry of the Anderson First Church of the Nazarene. We believe in the potential that could be created when both church and home are working together to nurture the spiritual development of a child.
Our approach to ministry is simple. We ultimately want each child to learn what it means to have faith in Jesus. We want to create an environment in which kids are able to experience family, because when you belong, you matter. We want kids to know you can count on God. We want to model this consistency so that kids are able to experience a place where they encounter the familiar because the church represents the fact that God can be counted on.
