Faith Community Church is a "community of believers committed to sharing words of life through lives of love."
We are a non-denominational congregation committed to sharing Jesus as Lord and Savior, keeping the Bible our standard of truth, and believing that loving one another as He loves us is the best way to draw others to a saving knowledge of Jesus. We've developed a genuine concern for others in the world that need to hear the gospel and are compelled to send out regular short-term mission teams as well as fund, support, and serve missionaries in Haiti, Kenya and Zambia, Africa, and East Asia.

Faith Community Church has been ministering to New Albany, Indiana for over 30 years.
We recently celebrated the 31 years of service and 17 years as Senior Pastor for Larry and Teresa Poe. Pastor Larry retired on December 31, 2014. We welcomed our Interim Pastor, Rich Peterson and his wife Donna on February 1, 2015. Rich and Donna moved here from Scottsbluff, Nebraska and will be serving in full pastoral capacity while we conduct our search for our next permanent Senior Pastor. God is blessing as they have joined our family here!
We are appreciative of God's hand and timing in the transition and are excited to see who God has in mind for Faith Community Church. All of our programs and ministries are continuing during this transition time. Our faithful members have already begun stepping up and are committed to growing God's church - both deep and wide!
