Glen Ellyn Fil-Am Seventh-day Adventist Church is a place where God is saving, healing and delivering souls from the bondage of sin. In a day and age when the Word of God is being watered-down, it is good to know that there are people reaching out to the world with Life Transforming Truth. Changing hearts and lives through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, and the direction of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
At Glen Ellyn Fil-Am Seventh-day Adventist Church in Glen Ellyn, we believe in the bodily resurrection of the saved and lost; in divine judgments leading to punishments or rewards. We further believe in the eternal existence of all human beings, either in hell or in the new heavens and new earth. Every person, age, & season of life is a vital part of a healthy church. We believe in the miraculous power of God, and through him all things are possible.
About Sanctification: Sanctification is the ongoing process of yielding to God's Word and His Spirit in order to complete the development of Christ's character in us. It is through the present ministry of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God that the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
About Tenacity: Never give up - A river cuts through rock, not because of its power but because of its perseverance. 'Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.
