THE VISION FOR LANDMARK CHURCH
The Landmark Church exists to see people committed to Jesus Christ, and because of Him, committed to each other. We are dedicated to building up the Body of Christ in our community and around the world. We want to help reach the whole world with the “Good News” of salvation by grace through faith.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
The New Landmark Church accepts the Bible as the revealed will of God, wholly and undivided, the all-sufficient rule for faith and practice; and for the purposes of maintaining spiritual unity adopts the following statement of fundamental truths:
We believe the Bible to be divinely inspired, undivided, infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and redemptive death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling and empowerment the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life and through whom the Spiritual enablements are operational in the Church today.
We believe that God has provided to desiring believers an induement of Spiritual power for the evangelization of the lost.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
We believe in the biblical mandate that true believers are to honor God with the giving of their tithes to God’s house that there will be ample supply in the storehouse of the Lord. (Malachi 3:8-12)
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe the Bible clearly teaches that the union of marriage is solely between one man and one woman. Therefore, it is the policy of this church to practice this biblical teaching.
