Introduction to Missionary Ron Lambert
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Ron Lambert and I am currently a missionary out of Plack Road Baptist Church, located in North Pole, Alaska.
I was saved in April of 1994, called to the Gospel ministry in August of 1996, and sent to the mission field of Ninilchik, Alaska in October of 2001. We have been serving God in a Church planting and Gospel ministry in Ninilchik for the past 8 years.
My wife Anita and I have been blessed in marriage for 28 years. Our two children, Jennifer and Joshua, have families of their own and reside in North Pole, AK. We have been blessed with four grandsons, and a granddaughter.
We have been serving in and through Plack Road Baptist Church for over 16 years. Pastor Gene Humphrey has been our pastor and spiritual leader for all of this time, and we praise God for his continual guidance. God opened the door to South Central Alaska through our college ministry in Fairbanks, AK.
Through much teaching, and preaching God has given us a core of individuals that seek to follow Him in “spirit and in truth.” We have seen many people come to know Christ during our tenure here in Ninilchik, but sadly, some have fallen to the wayside of sin.
We continue to challenge those that God puts in our path with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our ministry has taken us down paths that we had never envisioned before. We have ministered to literally hundreds of folks from every walk of life. We pray that God would one day allow us to establish an autonomous, Bible believing, independent, local, visible, Baptist Church.
We Praise God continually that He has given us our own property, and a building that meets our needs. We currently have about 15 in attendance, and several others that come from time to time. We pray that God would use us in this place until He is done with us, or reveals His will otherwise.
Please pray for the souls of Ninilchik, the Kenai Peninsula, and all those throughout the world without Christ.
In His Service,
Ron Lambert
