About Unitarian Universalist Church
Join us for Worship AT OUR NEW LOCATIONEvery Sunday from 10:45 am to Noon
All are welcome. The Unitarian Universalist Church of Huntsville is an open, welcoming faith community, built on a covenant, a sacred agreement rather than a particular belief. As a member of the Unitarian Universalist Association we covenant to affirm and promote the following seven Principles:
The inherent worth and dignity of every person;
Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;
Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations;
A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;
The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large;
The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;
Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.
Whatever your spiritual journey, you are welcome here. Coffee and conversation follow each worship service. We hope you will feel comfortable enough to stay and join us. . . if not this time, some other Sunday.

Children and Youth Activities
- There is a nursery with adult caregivers for infants and toddlers. You may take your little ones there before the church service begins, or you can take them down at any time during the service. You are welcome to stay with them until you feel comfortable leaving them.
The Religious Education (RE) classes for children and youth are conducted during the same time as the worship services. Usually the children are in the service and sitting with their family for the first 15 minutes, at the end of which time there is a “Story for All Ages” read, and the children and youth are escorted to their classes on the lower level of the building. If you prefer to keep your children with you for the first time or two, you are welcome to do so. You are also welcome to go with them to their classes and stay as long as you feel you need to. Please speak up if your children have special needs.
