At Riverchase United Methodist Church, we know that walking into a church for the first time can be a bit intimidating. We really strive to be a church that meets people where they are, whether you've been following Jesus for many years or are just starting to investigate faith. Our hope is that you will discover Riverchase United Methodist Church in Birmingham, Alabama to be a place where you can find community, grow in your relationship with Jesus and discover the mission for your life.
We believe that the Holy Spirit glorifies the Lord Jesus Christ by convicting the world, by regenerating sinners into union with Christ, and by indwelling, guiding, instructing, equipping, and empowering believers for Christ-like living and service
About Full Salvation: We believe in a three-fold salvation, body, soul and spirit through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, and His redeeming Blood. By the finished work of Christ on the Cross, we are delivered from the curse and given eternal life, which provides the Christian forgiveness of sins and healing in the body.
About Tenacity: Never give up - A river cuts through rock, not because of its power but because of its perseverance. 'Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.
