No matter what your story is, at BIRMINGHAM BAPTIST ASSOCIATION we believe that with God as the foundation, everybody can write a story of hope and success. Meet other believers from in and around Birmingham in Alabama and make friends so you can enjoy the journey together. We believe that Jesus Christ, Israel's promised Messiah, is God incarnate, one Person in two natures, fully human and fully divine, having been conceived through the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, was crucified under Pontius Pilate, arose bodily from the dead, and ascended into heaven, where, at the right hand of God the Father, He is now our High Priest and Advocate

About One God: We believe in one God who exists as a Trinity. He is infinite, invisible, omnipotent, omniscient, unchanging, sovereign, and holy. He is eternal, without beginning or end. He is the source and sustainer of all that exists. We believe in God the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible.

About Salvation: We believe in salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ; that this salvation is based upon the sovereign grace of God; that it was purchased by Christ on the cross; that it is received through faith, apart from any human merit, works, or ritual; and that salvation results in righteous living, good works and biblically informed actions to bring about godly justice wherever we live.
