Together at North Anderson Community Presbyterian Church, we're striving to become the kind of church described in the Bible, where there's relevant teaching, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, constant prayer, and compassionate care for those in need. In short, we'd like to have the kind of contagious Christianity that can influence and encourage the entire community, one life at a time.
At North Anderson Community Presbyterian Church in Anderson, we believe in the bodily resurrection of the saved and lost; in divine judgments leading to punishments or rewards. We further believe in the eternal existence of all human beings, either in hell or in the new heavens and new earth. Every person, age, & season of life is a vital part of a healthy church. We believe in the miraculous power of God, and through him all things are possible.
About Mankind: We are all made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. We are the supreme object of God's creation. Although mankind has tremendous potential for good, we are marred by a condition of disobedience toward God called "sin." This condition separates us from God, and is the purpose of Jesus Christ coming to earth to redeem humankind.
About Tenacity: Never give up - A river cuts through rock, not because of its power but because of its perseverance. 'Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus... who for the joy set before him endured the cross... so you will not grow weary and lose heart' - Hebrews 12:1-3
