About All Souls Missoula
-
At its best, the church is the intersection of three important things: CHRIST, COMMUNITY and CITY.
We emphasize CHRIST because he lived the most beautiful and sacrificial life. He shows us what true humanity looks like and he is our only hope for spiritual rescue. We seek to imitate him and to rely on him for our sense of goodness before God.
How does God perform this renewing work in peoples’ lives? By drawing fellow sinners into COMMUNITY with others. We believe the most significant transformations happen within the messy context of real relationships. For this reason, we welcome everyone, whether or not you believe what we profess. This is a safe place to ask questions, explore Jesus, experience healing and be authentic.
As Christians, we have a unique calling: "to seek the welfare (shalom) of the CITY" (Jeremiah 29:7). We believe we are called to offer hope and act as agents of God's redemptive work. We attempt to pursue these goals in ways that fellow Missoulians can appreciate - even if they don't share any of our convictions about faith.
