We Are God’s PeopleThis anthem was commissioned by St. John’s Presbyterian Church in Devon, Pennsylvania, in honor of the ministry of its pastor and family and is based on 1 Pet. 2:9. It articulates in modern verse our hopes of being joined together in Christ to love one another and love our neighbor.
We are God’s people, the chosen of the Lord,
Born of His Spirit, established by His Word;
Our Cornerstone is Christ alone, and strong in Him we stand: O
